Request Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ParaPace. If you’re not happy with your item, our return policy allows you to send it back.
Return Conditions:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Clearance items or products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@parapace.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Pack the item securely and include the RMA number in the package.
Send the item back to us at the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
