Coverage:
ParaPace offers a 30-Days limited warranty on all our products from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, theft, loss, or natural disasters.
Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
How to Make a Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or videos.
Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the warranty process.
Remedies:
If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, ParaPace will, at its discretion, either:
Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
Refund the purchase price of the product.
Additional Information:
ParaPace may require the return of the defective product before issuing a refund or replacement.
